This started with a quick reel collaboration after Wraps & Knots spotted us at an event. One reel led to a visit to their College Road store, and it was clear the brand had everything going for it offline.

Beautiful bouquets, thoughtful gifting, and a warm, welcoming experience. But none of it was showing up online.

The approach was simple. Build visibility first, step by step, especially with their expansion plans in mind.

Content focused on bringing their real in-store charm to screen. No overthinking, just making sure people across Chennai knew what they were missing. And the 24/7 angle made it even more relatable. Last-minute surprises suddenly had a go-to place.

Then came the unexpected part.
The very first reel crossed 60K views organically. No boosts. Just strong reach, engagement, and followers coming in. Even the client double-checked if it was promoted.

From there, momentum kicked in. Most videos started performing consistently, the algorithm was clearly in our favour, and the page began attracting attention beyond regular customers, including celebrity follows and even enquiries.

Campaigns added their own spark.
A Valentine’s push-up challenge brought in fun engagement, while a topical AI-led reel around a viral cricket moment pushed reach even further.

All of this played a part in the brand’s journey from a smaller outlet to a larger presence at Boat Club.
