Homeflix opened up a completely different space for us, premium home cinema. A brand already working with big names, with a strong offline presence and clear ambition to scale into a 100cr brand.
We were introduced through our automation consultant Rajan, who identified exactly where the gap was.
While the brand had a decent follower base, the content lacked structure and didn’t reflect its premium positioning. That became the starting point.
The focus was on refining the content direction, building a consistent visual identity, and aligning the online presence with the brand’s real-world experience.
At the same time, lead generation campaigns were launched across all their locations. The response was immediate, consistent inflow of leads, increased walk-ins, and early conversions, including a deal worth around ₹15 lakhs, with larger closures in the pipeline.
Through continuous optimisation, campaigns were maintained in high-performing segments, achieving their best cost per lead and building a scalable performance system.

A well-established offline brand was repositioned digitally to match its true value. With structured content and performance-driven campaigns, visibility improved, leads became consistent, and high-value conversions started coming in. The foundation is now set for aggressive scale.
